what’s handled.
four kinds of work, each priced and scoped differently because the problems they solve aren’t the same. Not sure which one fits? give me a call and we can talk it through.
general pest control
Rodents and bugs. protection inside and out. perimeter treatment against crawling pests, exterior inspection for rodent entry points, sweeping for spiderwebs and wasp nests. mosquito prevention upon request.
rodent service in attic and crawlspace. Interior service included. bug traps set and disposed, cracks and crevices treated safely, honest observations on what we find. exclusion of rodent entry. one service, every time.
odd jobs available for wasp nest removal, rodent services or consultation, etc.
Program frequencies offered are monthly, every other month, quarterly, and seasonal. if you need something different, we’ll find what works.

exclusion
some call it rodent abatement. it’s not glamorous, but it’s more important than everything combined.
a trap catches what’s already inside. exclusion is where we stop guessing and start sealing every gap, vent, and gnawed-open corner. the trap is a good follow-up, not a substitute.
sometimes that’s all you need
